TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Paid Products

The Products offered on this Website as part of the Service are provided for a fee.

Prices, duration, and conditions applicable to the sale of such Products are described below and in the respective sections of this Website.

Product Description

Prices, descriptions, and availability of Products are specified in the relevant sections of this Website and are subject to change without notice.

Although the Products on this Website are presented with the greatest technical accuracy possible, their representation through any means (including graphic materials, images, colors, or sounds) is intended for reference purposes only and does not imply any guarantee regarding the characteristics of the purchased Product, as they are handcrafted unique pieces.

Purchase Procedure

Every step, from selecting a product to submitting the order, is part of the purchase procedure.

The purchase procedure includes the following steps:

  • Users select the desired Product and verify their purchase choice.
  • After reviewing the information visible in the purchase selection, Users may place the order by submitting it.

Order Submission

Submitting an order implies the following:

  • Each submitted order constitutes an offer to purchase.
By submitting the order, the User undertakes the obligation to pay the price, taxes, and any additional charges specified on the order page.
  • If the purchased Product requires active input from the User (such as providing personal information, specifications, or special requests), submitting the order also constitutes an obligation for the User to cooperate accordingly.
  • Once the order has been submitted, Users will receive an email notification. Unless otherwise specified, this email only confirms receipt of the order and does not constitute acceptance.

Order Confirmation

  • The purchase contract is concluded when the User receives the order acceptance email.
  • Subject to availability and at the Owner’s discretion, the order will be accepted without undue delay.
  • If the order is not accepted, the Owner will provide a refund.

Failure to accept an order does not entitle the User to any claim, including compensation.

All notifications related to the purchase procedure will be sent to the email address provided by the User.

Prices

During the purchase procedure and before submitting the order, Users are informed of all charges, taxes, and costs (including any shipping costs) that will be applied.

Payment Methods

Details regarding accepted payment methods are highlighted during the purchase procedure.

Some payment methods may be subject to additional conditions or involve additional costs. Detailed information is provided in the relevant sections of this Website.

Payment methods marked accordingly are managed directly by the Owner.
The Owner collects and stores data necessary for managing payments and complying with legal obligations.

Other payment methods may be provided independently by third-party services. In such cases, this Website does not collect payment information (such as credit card details) but receives notification from the third-party provider once the payment has been successfully completed.

If payment fails or is refused by the payment service provider, the Owner is not obliged to fulfill the order. Any costs or fees resulting from failed or refused payments shall be borne by the User.

Authorization for Future PayPal Payments

If the User authorizes the PayPal function that allows future purchases, this Website will store an identification code linked to the User’s PayPal account.

This allows the Website to automatically process payments for future purchases or installment payments related to previous purchases.

The authorization can be revoked at any time by contacting the Owner or modifying the PayPal account settings.

Retention of Ownership

Until full payment of the purchase price has been received by the Owner, the User does not acquire ownership of the ordered Products.

Delivery

Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the User and according to the methods specified in the order summary.

Upon delivery, Users must check the contents of the package and promptly report any anomalies using the contact details provided in this document or in the delivery note.

Users may refuse to accept the package if it is visibly damaged.

Delivery may take place in the countries or territories specified in the relevant section of this Website.

Delivery times are indicated on the Website or during the purchase procedure.

Failed Delivery

The Owner shall not be responsible for delivery errors resulting from inaccuracies or omissions made by the User when completing the purchase order, nor for damage or delays occurring after the goods have been handed over to the courier when the courier has been appointed by the User.

If goods are not delivered or collected within the specified time, they will be returned to the Owner, who will contact the User to arrange a second delivery attempt or agree on further measures.

Unless otherwise specified, any delivery attempt starting from the second will be charged to the User.

User Rights

Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to orders and supply contracts for custom-made or clearly personalized products, including those purchased online, pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, as in the case of ARTISANHUB handcrafted products.

However, this exclusion is not automatic and does not apply if the product is damaged or defective, in which case the legal guarantees for defects or lack of conformity apply.

Legal Guarantee of Product Conformity

According to European regulations, the seller guarantees the conformity of the goods sold for a minimum period of 2 years from delivery.

Therefore, the seller must ensure that the purchased goods possess the promised or reasonably expected quality, functionality, or characteristics for at least two years from the time of delivery to the buyer.

If Users act as European Consumers, the legal guarantee of conformity applies in accordance with the laws of the country in which they usually reside.

National laws of that country may grant additional rights.

Consumers who do not qualify as European Consumers may benefit from conformity guarantees under the laws of their country of residence.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner and its affiliates, officers, agents, brand co-owners, partners, and employees from any claim or demand, including legal costs, arising from negligent conduct such as:

  • use of or connection to the Service,
  • violation of these Terms,
  • violation of third-party rights or applicable laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Owner and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or use.

They shall also not be liable for:

  • hacking or unauthorized access to the Service
  • errors or inaccuracies in content
  • personal injury or property damage resulting from use of the Service
  • unauthorized access to secure servers
  • transmission interruptions
  • viruses, malware, or similar
  • defamatory or illegal conduct of users or third parties

In no event shall the Owner’s liability exceed the amount paid by the User in the 12 months preceding the claim, or the duration of the Agreement if shorter.
